Sausage Baloon Heart

I noticed that both culinary plays, as well as transient deficit in the fridge, cause in me an increased degree of mobilization and creativity. This time the action called "The May`s Breakfast" has resulted in a heart balloon with hot dogs :) Yes I know, sounds stupid, but I assure you that the taste and appearance compensate trivial name. Anyway, you can name this breakfast as you wish and you will see that I don`t kidding :)

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150g cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 8 slices of salami
  • pepper
  • salt
  • roll
  • 2 long sausages
  • 2 toothpicks
  • 1 egg

To decorate:

  • ketchup
  • 10 beans of canning peas
  • 6 slices of salami
  • 2 lettuce leaves

Brawl cottage cheese in a bowl with sour cream, ketchup, sliced salami slices, pepper and salt. Brush both halves of the buns and garnish with ketchup and sweet pea.

Cut sausages along, but not quite. Unwrap the sides on the outside, connecting their ends with a toothpick. Place the hearts on the hot skillet and pour the beaten egg to the center. Cook over low heat, covered, until the egg at the middle of the cut off. Ready to deliver gentle heart of toothpicks` latch, decorate and serve.

Suggestions: If the sausages are really long and you have a little egg, you can pour it inside the hearts without mixing.
