Homemade Peach and Apple Jelly with Bubble Chocolate

Jellies inevitably reminds me of apples. Lightly acidic, grated on large meshes. This one has always enjoyed the most to me. I had wanted it for some time but every evening while under the blanket with a book was preparing something else. In the end, it is time for it. I like it when as far as possible I can do the equivalent of a specific home treat. I try to use such opportunity to soak my views and taste variations, which often is much better and certainly also healthier than those that are available in stores. A great addition to the apricot jelly with pieces of apple was bubbling chocolate pieces in two colors. Trivial to implement, perfect for snacking and fantastically original to decorate!

Ingredients for peach and apple jelly:

  • large can of peaches in syrup
  • 1-2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • a bit of cinnamon
  • 1 large sour apple

Syrup from the peaches pour straight to the saucepan and bring it to boil. Add flour and cinnamon. Stir constantly to jelly is not burnt. When the mass is uniform and thick remove from heat, add the grated apple on the large mesh and then pour into glasses.

Ingredients for bubble chocolate:

  • bubble wrap with large bubbles
  • bubble wrap with small bubbles
  • 1 bar of white chocolate
  • 1 bar of dark chocolate

Each chocolate melt separately in a water bath. Then coat with this rather thick mass one bubble wrap and another to but with different colour of chocolate. Put into the fridge toset. Than just carefully peel the foil off and eat.

Suggestions: You can also mix dark chocolate with a white one and create a marbled version :)

Question: How do I remove the odor in the refrigerator?
Answer: Put in it half an apple, ground coffee, soda or half a lemon and the smell should disappear soon.
