Black Pasta with Cottage Cheese




As you know (or not) I love black and white connections everywhere. That`s why today is black and white dinner - delicious and so easy to make within 5 minutes! 




Ingredients:

  • 200g black pasta
  • 200g white cheese (cottage cheese preferably)
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of thick, sour cream
Cook pasta al dente. Combine drained pasta with blended cottage cheese with sugar and cream. Serve.





Suggestions: You can use any of your favorite pasta. 


Version light: Choose skimmed cheese. Substitute the cream with light natural yoghurt. Don`t use sugar.
