Vegetable Pasta Salad




Pasta salads are quite easy and so quick to make. That`s why I like it so much and I decided to prepare such vegetable yummy dish for myself recently.




Ingredients:

  • 250g pasta (preferably farfalle type) 
  • 1 / 2 broccoli
  • 1 can of Mexican vegetable mix
  • Greek yogurt
  • black pepper
  • chilli powder
Temper cooked pasta. Cook for about 3 minutes divided into small florets broccoli, then stir it in pasta, add remaining ingredient and serve.





Suggestions: Before serving you can pre-chill salad for a while. In my opinion it tastes better when cooler.


Version Light: Substitute Greek yoghurt by non-fat one.


Question: How to hardened pasta?
Answer: Pour cold water over cooked pasta when it`s on the sieve and after about 2 minutes start preparing pasta as usual.
