Baked Donuts




These baked donuts are extremaly fluffy and soft. It`s the best idea for you, if you want to be fit or just trying to loose your weight. 




Ingredients for 10 big donuts:


  • 130ml milk
  • 25g fresh yeast
  • 70g sugar
  • 400-450g plain flour
  • 1 egg

Warm milk with yeast and sugar. Then add it to the flour with egg. Kneed smooth, elastic dough and leave in a warm place to double in volume.


When the dough is ready, roll it out to a thickness of about 1 - 1.5 cm, cut into round shapes and make into them smaller round shapes. Then move everything on baking tin lined with baking paper, cover with a cloth and leave it for 15 minutes until puffed up. After that, insert the baking tin into the oven and bake at 180C for about 10 minutes.



Cinnamon`n Sugar Sprinkles:

  • 70g butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Spread the melted butter with a brush on baked donuts. Then roll each donut in mix sugar with ground cinnamon and serve. 





Suggestions: Spread butter and sprinkle donuts with cinnamon sugar when donuts are still hot / warm. 


Version light: Don`t add sweet sprinkles.
