Gingerbread Ice Cream with Amaretto




Ice cream which tastes like Christmas and delicious wintery moments. Now you can have your own Christmas dessert even during spring or summer! 




Ingredients for about 0,5l of ice cream:
  • 400g thick cream
  • 100ml milk
  • 80ml Amaretto
  • 1/3-1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of gingerbread spice
Mix all ingredients together. Pour it into a container, put in the freezer and stir in every hour until the mass is smooth enough like ice cream mass should be with no ice crystals. 
    More for ice cream:
    • 100g gingerbread
    Before serving put the ice cream into a blender, add split into smaller pieces gingerbreads and blend it quickly and briefly for few seconds. Serve.
      Suggestions: I recommend combined ice cream also with another liquor, for example, you can use your favorite caramel one. You do not need to use a blender. You can just stir the mass just with a wooden spoon.
        Version light: Use fat-free cream and milk or substitute  cream with yogurt. Use dark kind of sugar.
