That`s one of my favourite cocktails. It`s extremely healthy too! My mom makes it during summer and she add to it some ice cubes for much more refreshing effect. So delicious!
Ingredients:
3 bunches of fresh parsley
2 tablespoons sugar
juice of 1/2 lime
500ml still mineral water
Blend parsley with sugar at high speed. Now add the lemon juice and water and blend it again on medium speed for several seconds. Serve.
Suggestions: If you want your smoothie even more refreshing add the ice cubes during blending parsley with sugar. You can also serve it cooled. Instead of still water you can use sparkling one.
Version light: Replace sugar with honey or use brown sugar.
